Located amidst nature's beauty, this idyllic lodge offers a cozy living space with a wooden fireplace, three bedrooms, two baths, and a loft with a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with a 43-inch TV featuring streaming services, ensuring personalized relaxation. One of the bedrooms is a delightful bunk room, perfect for families. Within the gated community, you'll discover additional amenities including a pool, serene lakes, basketball courts, and more, providing endless opportunities for leisure and recreation. We are located in the beautiful gated community of Indian Mountain Lakes with 5 lakes, 2 pools, playgrounds, tennis, and basketball courts. We provide individual badges to access all of the community amenities for you to enjoy. We are about a 3-10 min drive from the following amenities: Main Lake: This is the largest of our community's lakes and is great place for swimming, kayaking, laying out in the sun, and playing. The area includes a beach, playgrounds, basketball courts, and the clubhouse. Boulder Lake: a serene area, perfect for a family picnic, place to swim, lay out in the sun, or play with the kids. The area includes a beach, charcoal grill, playgrounds, and a set of horseshoe pits. Fishing Lake: a small lake but great for fishing and taking a peaceful walk Twin Lake: another small lake which is great for walking and sight-seeing. Playgrounds and picnic tables available. There are 2 outdoor heated swimming pools. (Pools are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend). Winding Way Pool, has tennis courts and a basketball court. Seneca Pool is a larger, heated pool that also has a kiddie pool. ***Guests are required to register with the HOA at least 3 days prior to arrival*** Community amenities include access to a private beach area, outdoor community swimming pools, lake access for fishing and non-motorized boating, children's playground, basketball, and tennis court areas. Beach and community pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend (dates are subject to change by the HOA - 11am -7 pm). ** TAGS/cards (provided by the host 10 total) are required at all times for anyone over 5 years old when enjoying community amenities. The cards can be located on the coat hook in the mudroom. Please note we located in a gated community and you'll need to check in at the guard stand when you enter. Please allow some extra time to do so. There is absolutely no speeding in the community and is strictly reinforced (cameras). Guests are responsible for any fines.
