Reconnect with your loved one and create unforgettable memories in this charming cabin retreat. *The cabin is 1800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms (all queen beds) and 2 bathrooms, loft with a queen sized sleeper sofa - we sleep 8 total. *On the first floor, you will enjoy a stunning and bright living room with a vaulted ceiling, a wall of windows, modern furniture, and a wood-burning fire stove (firewood bundle can be purchased from us for $23 each, burn for approximately 75 + mins). An adjacent dining room boasts a wooden table that comfortably seats 6 and cozily seats 8 (fold out chairs available). *The completely renovated kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, is fully equipped with the chef in mind. The floating shelves and cabinets are fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare and enjoy a delectable meal for your family and friends, including All-clad cookware, utensils, dishes and drink-ware, spices, and oils. For the coffee connoisseur, multiple choices for making coffee are available, such as French press, Chemex pour-over system, Percolator, and a drip coffee maker. For the tea lover, a variety of teas and a kettle, are available as well. *Also on the first floor you will find stylishly decorated Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2, both featuring pillow-top queen sized mattresses, luxury bedding, down pillows and duvets, closets (walk-in closet in Bedroom #1 and reach-in closet in Bedroom #2), generously sized solid wood dressers, and full length mirrors. All bedrooms include SAMSUNG smart TVs with streaming. The bathroom, on the first floor, has been updated with black fixtures to match the sleek and cool aesthetic of the house. It has a stand up shower, Public Goods toiletries, and fluffy snow white towels. A small utility closet on the first floor houses an LG washer and dryer combo for your convenience, vacuum cleaner, and 6x hot tub/beach towels. Adjacent to the utility closet you will find an outerwear/shoe closet to keep the entrance area clutter free. *The second floor features a cozy loft that overlooks the airy living room. It houses a cozy reading corner with an L-shaped sofa that opens up into a queen size bed! It also features a desk for your work/study needs, as well as a bookshelf equipped with a small, but well curated, library of our favorite books and board games. *On the second floor, you will also find Bedroom #3, with a sexy queen size four poster bed, a plush pillow top BeautyRest mattress, down pillows and duvets, luxuriously soft linens, SAMSUNG smart TV with streaming, as well a pair of stunning live edge acacia wood top end tables. *The second bathroom, with a stand up shower/shower panel and updated black fixtures, is also located on the second floor. Right outside the main bedroom, an over-sized reach-in closet is available for all your wardrobe storing needs. For the exercise junkies, in the upstairs closet, you will conveniently find an exercise mat, resistance hip bands, a jump rope and a yoga block. *On the first floor there are two access points to the stunning wrap-around porch, where you will find a Weber grill, dining table that seats 6, an over-sized umbrella. *Off the patio you will find the hot tub that comfortably seats six, a wooden picnic table, and a hammock. Towamensing Trails Community center is a quick 6 minute drive from the house. Included amenities: lake, beach, pool, playground, picnic area, arcade, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. **Guests must sign HOA registration at least 2 days before arrival in order to have access to the community amenities. ***Please note all amenities are closed during the cold months. Towamensing Trails adheres to PA fishing licensing regulations. 15 years and under do not need a fishing license to fish. 16 years and above requires a fishing license. The lake is stocked with fish for catch and release. However, if you have a trout stamp on your license, you may keep up to 3 trout per day. Fishing is allowed in all areas around the lake except in swim areas. 8 community wristbands are provided per rental per community rules. Wristbands must be worn at all times when enjoying community amenities. All cars must be registered and car tags must be displayed at all times during your stay. Family friendly community with many permanent residents, so please be mindful of the noise level and keep your activities family friendly. Our private driveway accommodates 4 cars.
